We have a dedicated 24/7 fitness center for residents with a range of cardio and strength-training equipment including free weights, a squat rack, 3 Peloton bikes, 3 TechnoGym elliptical machines, 2 TechnoGym rowers. Many residents find our on-site facilities convenient and often opt to cancel off-site gym memberships.

901W is proud to offer a variety of floor plans to suit every need, with layouts ranging from 595 – 2,000+ square feet, and in floor plans ranging from Efficiency to 4-bedroom apartments. Our floor plans are designed to maximize natural light and provide a refined, comfortable living space.

Application Process

Yes. Applications are evaluated systematically and may include verification of income as well as screening for credit and rental history, including civil court records for monetary and possession judgments. Credit scores are not factored into our credit screening process. Housing voucher applicants are only screened for rental history.

Our security deposit ranges from $250 to one month's rent, depending on your credit screening. For specific questions, please contact a team member directly.

To help you plan, we have included a list of fees for both our standard apartment and IZ program homes that you can use to budget. You can also view fee details directly on our website during the apartment selection process before you apply.
