901W is proud to participate in the District of Columbia Inclusionary Zoning program. Here at 901W, we offer 21 apartments for those residents making up to a maximum of 80% of the Median Family Income (MFI). To see if you qualify, please see below for our qualification criteria:

What is the process of applying for an IZ apartment?
1. Households interested in leasing an Inclusionary Zoning (IZ) unit must register for the IZ program and take the required IZ Orientation Class. Click here for details on IZ Orientation Class registration. 2. Register for the program by completing the online registration form.
3. After completing the registration requirements, households can contact our leasing agents directly to begin the application and verification process for available IZ units at 901W! Priority is given to registrants who live or work in the District of Columbia.
